Delivery time is typically 6-9 business days. We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for carrier delays.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returns & Exchanges Policy –
We want you to love your purchase from us. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product, you may do so easily through your account.
-Customers can log in with the same email ID used while placing the order on our website and raise a return or exchange request within 7 days (from the date of delivery).
-Once your request is submitted, you can either:
1. Self-courier the product back to us (please share the courier receipt/tracking screenshot so we can monitor the return), or
2. Choose a pickup by our courier partner (this usually takes 5–7 business days).
-For courier pickups arranged by us, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label over email. Please print and paste this label securely on the return package so the courier partner can process it without delays.
Please note: For pickups arranged by us, a logistics fee of ₹300 per bed cover will be deducted from your refund. If you self-courier, no deduction is applied.
-Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Depending on your original payment method, the refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
-Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
