Delivery time is typically 6-9 business days. We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for carrier delays.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy –

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days once delivered, provided the following requirements are met: 

  • Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 10 days of  delivery date.
  • All original packaging, including all tags or boxes must be included with the return.
  • Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • All shipping charges amount to 10% of the product value are non refundable in pre-paid and COD orders.
  • The Promotional products on sale are not eligible for any returns/exchanges/refunds.
